The iRobot, Roomba 980 is a cleaning robot that can be operated from your phone—it doesn’t get easier than that. The challenge was to design packaging that showcased the tech-savvy nature of the product and provided heavy-duty protection.

Uneka used extensive prototyping and testing to design corrugated scaffolding that uses the product’s weight to hold it in place and withstand stress during shipping. We also set out to clean up customer interaction with the Roomba 980 from the get-go. Once you lift the Roomba 980 out, the lower tray can be quickly removed to reveal an array of accessories, including the home base. This display makes it easy to find, use, and store everything you need to keep your Roomba 980 operating, and your floors clean.
