Design and Development

Uneka provides in-house 3D design in mediums ranging from plastic to paper to sewn goods. We work in Pro E, Solid Works, Form Z, as well as the Adobe Creative Suite.  We can develop marketing graphics as well as full retail concepts. Our most valuable asset can be seen as we combine various mediums to achieve revolutionary results.

Prototypes

Our design team creates professional looking prototypes that are used for everything from concept verification to new product presentations to trade show mock ups.

We can create:

• SLA prototypes
• Corrugated, Rigid and folding carton samples
• Thermoformed plastic prototypes
• Sewn pouches, bags and molded EVA prototypes

Production

All of our designs are typically done with a specific production processes in mind. That process may require a factory in Cleveland, OH, or in Shanghai, China. Our many years of experience tell us that the production process must be considered early in the design phase.

We have production capabilities for:
